We are seeking an Architectural Construction Administrator for our Montgomery and Birmingham offices to report and assist with the review of on-site construction progress and conditions. Scope of preferred skills includes ability to review and interpret plans, specifications, and other construction contract documents in the field. In addition, this individual will be responsible for comprehensive project document coordination & review to ensure design continuity, code compliance & adherence to office standards.
Additional experience, or ability to learn other quality control skills is highly desirable. These may include specification writing/quality control responsibilities for writing, editing, and coordinating architectural and MEP specifications and related written construction documents for a variety of building types and construction types.
