“The Mill” is the new luxury apartment buildings currently under reconstruction in Downtown Prattville located in the Historic Daniel Pratt Gin Shop factory building. Construction is moving along quickly and the first building that will be available for move-ins will be Building D.

Move-ins are projected to begin in November or December of this year for Building D and the remainder of the buildings will be completed for move-ins during the Spring and early Summer of 2023.

According to the Regional Manager Anna Laura Hatchett, “Due to the building being historic each apartment will have unique features but all will have oversized windows and the 3-bedroom homes are all corner apartments.  The light just beams into all of the apartments.”

These beautiful apartment homes will feature some of the historic qualities of the original brick and the beams mixed in with beautiful new quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. These new apartments range in price from $1320 for a 1-bedroom unit to $2100 for a 3-bedroom unit. The apartments are pet-friendly and are directly located near the creek for the perfect walking area for your pups!

There are over 40 different floor plans to choose from.

Interested parties should click HERE to be taken directly to the floor plans. Interest for moving in is high, so you need to get on the list quickly if you plan to live at The Mill in the next year.
