Built in 1895, the Teague Hardware Warehouse Building is located in the heart of downtown Montgomery, Alabama. This multipurpose building has three floors and a total of 28,000 SF of rentable space. Chambless King Architects (CK) renovated 3,400 SF of the third floor of this building to begin a new partnership and company. This space was renovated to accommodate the firm’s new office headquarters. With 15 foot ceilings and the original brick and beams exposed, CK embraced this historic renovation project by re-purposing parts of the building’s original wood to create a beautiful entrance and common space. The conference room was designed around the unique angular shape of the building and has a beautiful view of the Biscuits Riverwalk Stadium and the Alabama Riverfront.
