Located in an area that has seen significant development over the past few years, this project will renovate a block and bar joint building into a two-story office space with exterior stucco finish over block and stud framing. The 3,350-square-foot main floor features an open-concept office area flanked by four conference/flex spaces and a central kitchenette and lounge space. The 1,300-square-foot second floor offers a large conference room and two executive offices with sweeping views of Red Mountain and a 200-square-foot balcony framing Birmingham’s iconic Vulcan statue.
