Urban Design Study

Exploration of a mixed-use development within an urban environment. Connectivity is informed by proximity to nearby landmarks and attractions and progression from the entrance plaza through dining areas, amphitheater, and play space follows the site’s natural contours. Landscaping along the site’s perimeter is designed to reduce noise, creating an open—yet intimate—gathering space within the city’s core.
